Gillies at the Grounds - Wayville, Adelaide Showgrounds | Saturday 2 to Sunday 3 & Sunday 17 December.

Gillies Street Markets is a local group of collectors, designers, artisans and much more. They prove that you do not need to be a big name designer or brand to have good taste and skill. This December, they are popping up in the Adelaide Showgrounds three times, so why not check them out?

Ebenezer Night Markets - Adelaide City, Ebenezer Place | Saturday 2 & Saturday 16 December.

Ever desired the exhilarating feeling of discovering markets, but with the addition of a night out in the city? Well Ebenezer Night Markets has you covered this December. Currently consisting of 10 night markets this summer season, they will be transforming Ebenezer Place, just off Rundle Mall, into an explosion of artisanship and food like no other.

Minda Community Christmas Carols and Markets - North Brighton, King George Avenue | Saturday 2 December.

After a three-year break, MINDA is returning their annual Community Christmas Carols and Markets to North Brighton. With Christmas carols, market stalls, food trucks, rides, amusements and a petting zoo, there is no reason not to attend.


Food has a strange ability to bring everyone together. So it’s no surprise that for the festive holiday season, Asia Street Foods Festival arrives to bring a culinary joy.

Adelaide Town Hall Christmas Concert - Adelaide, Adelaide Town Hall | Friday 15 December. 

The Australian Girls Choir has developed a reputation for the incredible performances it delivers to audiences across the globe. So why not join along in a free festive sing along at the Adelaide Town Hall? The choir will perform a range of Christmas classics, and is a safe, fun space for anyone interested.

Adelaide New Year’s Eve Fireworks - Adelaide, Elder Park | Sunday 31 December. 

You have worked hard this year, so why not celebrate this success through cheering on the opening of 2024! Happening along the River Torrens / Karrawirra Parri, it will be a bonanza of fireworks, cheering and more.
